Availability

Exclusive to Centralia College-affiliated groups. Reservations required. As available.

Driver

Provided free of charge by us. Waiting time is by tips only.

Usage Period and terms

Limited to one 8-hour period per trip, starting at pickup time. No overnight use.

Maximum Milage

~200 miles within the 8-hour period.

Fuel Costs

Users pay for all fuel consumed during the trip, plus an additional 25% surcharge. The surcharge is estimated at $4.00/Gallon or 12 Miles per Gallon and will be computed upon trip submission.

Group Leader Requirements ie Responsible party

Must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for all costs.

Responsible party

Any internal damage to the van (e.g., upholstery, seats, windows).

Remove all trash and clean the interior after use.

Cancelations

SuperVan SEATAC LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time without reason.

Pets

No pets - MAYBE (We will discuss options.)
