The details that make a group trip easier.
On the eight planned trips, the draft package includes a driver who also hosts, camping setup where the site allows, listed meals, and a daily plan. Park entry, campsite reservations, optional activities, and the final price are confirmed before a departure — they are not guaranteed on this page.
Transportation
Each trip names a pickup and drop-off area. Travel to that meeting point is not included, and the final route is part of the quote.
Camping setup and gear
The planned base uses an Airstream Basecamp trailer where the site and layout permit, with camping gear listed for that trip. It is not a promise of a full bathroom inside the trailer.
On-trip support
A dedicated driver also hosts the trip and stays with camp. Optional activities, when a trip lists them, are separate and are not confirmed supplier bookings.
