Frequently asked questions
What is SuperVan Adventures?
SuperVan Adventures organizes outdoor getaways for friends, families, and groups in the Pacific Northwest. On the trip you book, transportation from the meeting point, camping setup, listed gear, and the day plan are arranged for that package. Each trip page says what is included and what is not.
How do I book?
Open the trip and send a request with your name, email, number of guests, and pickup location. You can add extra pickups or drop-offs and any special requests. A request does not take payment and does not hold the date. We confirm the details with you before anything is booked.
What does the trip include?
The planned package on that trip covers a driver who also hosts, camping setup where the site allows it, the gear named on the page, and the meals named on the page. An Airstream Basecamp trailer is used where the site and the layout permit. That is not a bathroom inside the trailer. Bathrooms and showers, when the site has them, are campground or facility facilities. Travel to the meeting point, restaurant meals, alcohol, park fees, permits, gratuities, and travel insurance are not included.
Is the campsite or park entry guaranteed?
No. A request does not reserve a named campsite, park entry, a permit, or a timed entry. A viewpoint, wildflowers, or clear weather is not promised.
Who can come?
Tell us the number of guests, including children. An extra marked for adults, such as a winery tasting, cannot be added for a child. The trip page does not promise that one trailer sleeps the whole group, or that the departure is private to your group. Put a private departure or a sleeping plan in the request.
What if I need to cancel or move the date?
A request does not take payment and does not hold a date. Once a trip is confirmed, cancellation follows the terms on this website. A no-show is not a cancellation. We do not sell trip-cancellation insurance on this website. Read the cancellation terms
What if the weather changes the plan?
Roads, weather, daylight, fire restrictions, and park rules can change a day. The host may change a stop, a walk, or a meal time for safety or access. That change is not, by itself, a refund. We will not run an activity the host considers unsafe. In an emergency, call local emergency services first.
Can you handle food needs or access needs?
Put dietary needs in the request. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals can be arranged in advance where we can confirm them. That is a request, not a certified commercial kitchen. The published trips are not described as wheelchair accessible. Tell us about mobility needs in the request so we can say whether that trip can work for your group.
Where do the trips go?
The eight trips are in Washington and Oregon, including Mount Rainier, the Olympic Peninsula, the Pacific coast, the North Cascades, and the Columbia River Gorge. The 10-day Discovery trip is one-way. California and Crater Lake are not part of the published 21-day trip.
How quickly do you reply?
Contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours, including weekdays. That is not a 24-hour emergency line.
