Terms and conditions

Who you are booking with

The website supervanadventures.com is operated under the name SuperVan Adventures. The public contact details on this website are:

  • Email: info@supervanadventures.com
  • Phone: (360) 688-0806

We reply to booking questions within 24 hours, including weekdays. That is not a promise of 24-hour-a-day or weekend-only coverage, and it is not an emergency line.

SuperVan Adventures is the brand name on this website. A registered legal name, entity type, state of formation, and registered address are not published here, because those records are not part of the material used to write these terms. Use the email above for legal and booking questions.

The trips described on this site are Pacific Northwest getaways for friends, families, and groups, with transportation, camping setup, listed gear, and trip logistics arranged for the package you choose. The published trips are in Washington and Oregon. A page that names a different service, such as a supper club, is a separate offer and is not included in a camping-trip booking unless that page says so.

Who can book

The person who pays, or who sends a booking request, must be 18 or older and must have authority to agree for the other people in the party. You must give names and guest counts that match the people who will travel.

Where a trip page says an activity is for adults, including wine, a child cannot be booked onto that activity. Children are otherwise charged the same per-person price as adults, because no separate child price is published. A separate fitness test is not published.

A request is not a booking

The “Send a request” form saves a request and emails it to us. It does not take payment, does not hold a date, and does not reserve a campsite or a seat. We will reply within 24 hours, including weekdays. Book Now is the way to pay.

How a paid booking is made

Book Now starts a checkout for one trip, one departure date, a guest count, and any optional extras you select. The price shown is the average of that trip’s published per-person range, in US dollars. Checkout multiplies that price by the number of guests and adds the average price of each extra you select. That figure is the quoted total. If you are booking at least 14 days ahead and you choose the non-refundable rate, you pay 30% less than that quoted total. The departure must be at least 7 days away. You must accept these terms before checkout can continue. Acceptance is stored with the order, together with the terms version and the time.

Payment is taken in full through Stripe Checkout. SuperVan Adventures does not take a deposit on this website, and it does not store your card number. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment page. A booking is paid only after Stripe reports that the payment succeeded and the amount matches the order. Choosing a date and paying does not by itself guarantee a named campsite, a park entry, or a permit.

Checkout accepts up to 12 guests, including children, and requires at least one adult. The website does not say whether a departure is private to your group or shared with other guests. It does not currently refuse a booking for being below a minimum group size, and it does not publish a rule for cancelling or repricing a departure that does not reach a minimum.

Taxes, park fees, and other amounts that are not in the price

The price on the trip page does not include taxes, park entry, permits, timed entry, campsite fees that are not already inside the package, payment-card fees, gratuities, or travel insurance. The checkout total is the trip price and selected extras only. If a tax or a fee must be added, we will tell you the amount before we collect it. We do not currently add those amounts in checkout.

Which taxes apply, who remits them, and which park or campsite fees sit inside the per-person price are not published as a tax schedule. The checkout total remains the trip price and selected extras only.

What the trip includes

Each trip page lists the planned inclusions, the planned meals, and what is not included. Those lists control that trip. In general, a planned trip includes a driver who also hosts, camping setup where the site allows it, the gear named on that page, and the meals named on that page. An Airstream Basecamp trailer is used where the site and the layout permit. That is not a promise of a full bathroom inside the trailer. Bathrooms and showers, when available, are campground or facility facilities.

Travel to the meeting point is not included. The pickup and drop-off areas are described on the trip page.

Each trip page names a pickup and drop-off area. A single street address, clock time, and packing list for every departure are not published on this website.

The 10-day Pacific Northwest Discovery trip is one-way. California and Crater Lake are not part of the 21-day trip as published. Wildlife, weather, a named waterfall, and a named campsite are not promised.

Optional extras and other companies

Extras shown as selectable at checkout are optional. The price is the average of that extra’s published range. An extra that the trip page lists as an idea, and not as a checkout option, is not part of the booking. Kayaking, surfing, fishing, and similar activities need a qualified operator. Fishing and similar licenses are not included. A third-party operator’s own conditions may apply once that operator is confirmed.

The website does not publish which extras already have a contracted supplier, or whether that supplier’s own cancellation terms would reduce a refund.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for arriving on time, bringing the clothing and personal items we tell you to bring, following the host’s safety directions, and telling us about medical, dietary, and accessibility needs when you book. Outdoor travel can involve uneven ground, weather, vehicles, water, and camp stoves. You must not book a trip for a person who cannot take part safely, and you must not hide a condition that would put the group at risk.

Dietary notes on the request form are a request. We provide the alternatives named on the trip page where operations can confirm them. We do not promise a commercial kitchen or a particular certification.

The published trips do not describe wheelchair-accessible vehicles, trailers, or campsites. Tell us about access needs before you pay so we can say whether that trip can work for your group.

Changes, weather, and safety

Roads, weather, daylight, fire restrictions, and park rules can change a day plan. The host may change a stop, a hike, or a meal time for safety or access. A change of that kind is not by itself a cancellation of the trip and is not by itself a refund. We will not run an activity that the host considers unsafe.

If a person is putting the group at risk, or is unlawful, violent, or intoxicated in a way that makes the trip unsafe, we may refuse to continue with that person. What, if anything, is refunded in that case is not published.

A refund amount for a guest who is removed for safety is not published.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and no-shows

A new booking must start at least 7 days after today, in Pacific time. The rates below are the cancellation terms for that booking. “Departure” is the date you pay for.

If you complete checkout at least 14 days before departure, you choose a rate before you pay:

  • Refundable — you pay the quoted checkout total. You may cancel for a full refund until 7 days before departure. After that date, the booking cannot be refunded.
  • Non-refundable · 30% off — you pay 30% less than the quoted checkout total. The booking cannot be refunded or changed. The discount is for locking the date when you book.

If departure is fewer than 14 days away, that choice is not offered. The booking is charged at the quoted total. If you need to move the date, write or call us — we will help when we can; we do not promise a free change.

Outdoor risk and liability

Camping, driving, hiking, and water activities have inherent risks, including weather, terrain, wildlife, vehicles, cooking equipment, and the actions of other people. By booking, you accept that a guided camping trip is not risk-free.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct, where the law does not allow that exclusion. They do not waive a consumer right that a statute says cannot be waived. A checkbox on this website is not a substitute for a signed activity waiver if a land manager or a third-party operator requires one before the activity starts.

Whether a separate signed waiver is required before departure is not published. A land manager or a third-party operator may still require one before an activity starts.

In an emergency, call local emergency services first. Then use the phone number on this website if you can. We do not provide medical care as part of the published trip.

Equipment and property

Please use the vehicle, trailer, and camp gear with ordinary care. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your party beyond ordinary wear, other than damage caused by our negligence.

A price list for damage, and whether a card authorization is taken for it, are not published. Checkout does not place a damage hold.

Photos

Photos on the website are from earlier SuperVan trips or are illustrative. They are not a picture of the departure you are buying. Booking does not give us permission to use your face or your child’s face in advertising. We will ask before we use an identifiable image of you for marketing.

A separate photo release is not part of checkout.

The website

You may use this website to read about trips and to book or request one. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or misuse the booking forms. The names, text, and layout we created for SuperVan Adventures stay with the business.

Trademark registration and a photo-by-photo ownership schedule are not published on this page.

Complaints

Email info@supervanadventures.com with your order number and what went wrong. We will reply within 24 hours, including weekdays. These terms do not require arbitration, and they do not bar you from contacting a regulator or a card network.

Governing law

These terms do not choose a governing law, a court, or arbitration. The registered legal entity and its jurisdiction of formation are not published on this website, so no state is named here. This is not a waiver of a right to go to a regulator or a card network. Seller-of-travel registration, if any state requires it, is not stated on this page.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The version you accept at checkout is the version stored on your order. A later change does not rewrite a booking already paid, except where the law requires a change or you agree to one. The date at the top is the date of this draft.

Questions about these terms: info@supervanadventures.com or (360) 688-0806.
